Thank you Wickedgood for bringing attention to my all time favorite book. I am in my 40's now but that story has stayed with me now for 30 years. Somehow I ended up owning two copies and having been wishing for the day when my almost 10 year old daughter will read it. Perhaps it is something about Sara and her appreciation for all things simple and pure that brings the wonder of dolls and fantasy to life for us even though it may be many years since our first experience with the story.
